Horrible experience !! Do not go there for flowers.. customer service is terrible.. order flowers to be delivered for funeral service.. they never got there and no phone call or anything.. will never use their services

We placed 3 separate orders for my father in laws funeral. 1 in person and 2 via phone. The level of customer service was spectacular. Very attentive and kind. I felt that the representative took their time and dedicated her time to my orders. I was NOT crazy about the floral Arrangements when they arrived at the funeral home. The white flowers didnt smell or look fresh. My family and I spent $800 on flowers that weren’t up to our standards. It was a time of grief and we didnt have the time to call and complain. But I would definitely not order any white or sprayed floral arrangements from this establishment. The red roses bouquet was the nicest full Looking arrangement. My daughter was disappointed in her grandfathers wreath she ordered for him. It could've just been a bad batch of white flowers and we just happen to get those. I do not intend for business to be loss but just a suggestion if the flowers don’t smell or look nice as the picture give a call and let your customers know. Maybe a different flower or color would’ve been better.

I got a bouquet of flowers from here that were absolutely beautiful! It was a gorgeous mix of Pink & white lilies with orange white roses with some baby's breath and greens for filler. It was such a cute bouquet and the flowers smelled wonderful. They were wrapped beautifully and really made a great gift. The florist was very helpful in preparing the bouquet. They even saved some lilies over the phone to make sure we got the perfect one. Just a heads up, they could work a little bit on their bow tying skills (maybe just leave off the bow when you get it). Love Charmayne's. One day, I have to go in and meet them. I order all of my florist needs from this group. Delivery is always correct and on time. Wonderful staff, too. I had to call in one day. They were so friendly and sounded like joy.

Is there anyway to reach her asap, my godbrothers funeral is 6pm this evening and she promised to deliver the blanket paid for in full to the church this morning. I just received a call from my godbrothers wife and the flowers have not been delivered to the church.
