I went into the store to purchase something for my card making on June 10th, 2024. The items were placed too high up and I couldn't reach them. The people who worked there told me to use the pole and get the items myself. I left the store after telling them "that's not my job".

Owner/Operator and staff had been very welcoming when the store opened after a fire over a year ago. Now the cashiers act disgusted whenever you question your bill, as if we do not have a right to if we suspect a discrepancy. Male "Boss" has a condescending attitude when I queried the price of an item and seeked clarification, then in an aggressive manner stated "you can buy it if you want, if you dont want to you don't have to buy it".....stating the obvious. They will no longer get my business since apparently my money has no value to him, and he feels that he could speak to women who don't look like him, anyway he pleases. You won't get a 2nd opportunity to disrespect me!!!!

Owners aren’t very honest after using the Tide laundry detergent for so long I’ve noticed the stores version of tide is water down. Leave me feeling like I’ve just been scammed from a product I’ve always used to using the 99 cent store version of this product.

Laundry detergent is “water down” so to speak the tide brand specifically is mixed with something. They charge you for tide but your not getting 100% tide product.
