Please clean your soda machine. They got Ginger-ale tasting like tap water. They got the Coca-Cola tasting watery. None of their sodas are fresh from the soda machine. It's annoying to constantly pay for an item that you're drinking and to find out it is not fresh.

Clean, friendly, but lies about their hours. Is not 24/7 and not night hour friendly. Closes by at least 2 with workers inside cleaning daily. Have tried to get in after hours multiple times. Also, not the greatest chip selection

So I went to cash in three lottery tickets and the cashier asked me how much I want. I looked at him and asked him what was he talking about. He said you don't know how much you win. Of course I did. Anyway I was also purchasing gummies. So he automatically without asking me applied my lottery winnings towards the food. I was planning on paying for it with my card. So being that he didn't ask it was also wasting my time. Then not only that but my total only came to $4 my lottery winnings was $9 between the three tickets. I saw -12 cents on the register and he did something to clear it so it said zero. Basically long story short he was trying to steal $5 because he wasn't trying to give me any change back. But I made him re-ring it because I wanted to use my card anyway. But the fact that he was trying to steal $5 is insane to me. The other person on register was rude with kids that were trying to check out. Rushing them. They weren't taken any longer than your average person. Long story short I haven't been here for a while and I don't think that I'm going to return

Very Disappointed – No Customer Washroom (Arbslan)
I was shocked to find out that Arbslan does not allow paying customers to use the washroom. It’s basic human decency and standard customer service to offer restroom access, especially when people are spending their money here. This policy is inconsiderate and makes the whole experience feel unwelcoming. I won’t be coming back—and I wouldn’t recommend Arbslan to anyone who values respect and comfort. Do better.

One of the worst 7/11 ever. We went there, bought couple of things. Then one of our friend politely asked to use the restroom, the gentleman named Abrslan said “the restroom is out of order”, and he was very rude with us. Not sure if this is how he treats all of his customers. While we are outside drinking coffee, we saw he was letting other people to use the restrooms . This is kinda racism. Definitely will never go there again. We will make a complain to the 7/11.

7-Eleven should be open 24/7. Why did that one close so damn early? Wasting people's time drove there, and then the entrance was closed.

Scary acting people it’s supposed to be 24hours they lock the door at 11 and will watch you stand at the locked door. Why are they working in the community if they gonna act like that?

Horrible customer service, the manager is useless and lacks common sense. They have a bunch of expired items when I told to the manger he said and I quote “that is above his pay grade and you need to contact out to 7-Eleven customer service”. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION manager sucks. The coffee is disgusting, the fruit’s aren’t fresh, majority of the items are expired.

My children and husband just experienced very poor customer service by the elderly Indian man that is there today May 27th 2024 at approximately 240 - 3pm. He referred to my children as animals and when their dad stepped in he went on about "the blacks". He even tried to push past my husband and picked up a broom as if to strike. I will not stop until this situation is rectified and he is FIRED! This is disgusting and very degrading. He was very nasty . All over slushies. I will go to the news about this because no child should have to endure what my kids did today!

When to get a cup of coffee tasted like water ask the cashier if I could dump it out and take a new cup I did that the guy started an argument saying I was wrong even though he didn't even try the coffee never will go back there again horrible 711 they also don't have all the hot foods available Worker can't take any feedback feedback without starting fight
I saw that you answered I don't know how to reply but literally exactly what I said in the review was what happened I told the guy that coffee tastes like water nicely not rude I asked if I could dump it out and take more coffee he said okay gave me a little bit of an attitude I dumped it out and then you started saying if it tastes like water again you're paying for it I said why are you giving me a problem you said because you're wrong 500 people drink coffee every day no one says anything I said do you think I'm lying am I making up a story about coffee being watered down I didn't ask for a free coffee and he started arguing with me and giving me an attitude for no reason besides show the fact that he couldn't admit that the coffee might be not appropriately appropriately brewed If I wasn't calm The way you were talking could have turned into a really escalated situation there's no way he should be talking to customers like that Is it happened this morning

to whom it may concern.i am the consumer customer,i am make a report due to the matter and issues that the 711 stories own cause a problem toward me on the date of 4/19/24 at the location 1571 hempstead turnpike elmont n.y. 11003 time 530pm i was waiting on line to buy a lottery ticket, i put all my moneys on the table the stories own putting all my moneys on the floor for no reason ,the 711 stories own came from around the ares and pick up all my moneys from off the floors and this information could be review from the stories own video camera .this is the proof of the matter, the own was cause a issues and problem toward me as consumer customer the storie is getting a very bad review the own disrespect me and my right was violated he have a very bad attitude and the storie discrimination againt me as consume customer ,i am very disappointed with the 711 storie own he attack me with bad words i am so distress, this matter need to be report with the bbb and consumer affairs .and court ,i nnever experience this kind matter in my life, no one should be treat like this , the rating review is zero bad review star .this report will send out to bbb/and the consumer affairs .customer should stop going into 711 stories because of the storie location 1571 hempstead turnpike elmony n.y. 11003 the stories is very bad to the customer he speaking very bad with a bad attitude no one should not spend no moneys at 711 location ,the review is looking bad.

When Im thirsty and in need of a refresher I always like to pick up an ice cold slurpee. Amazing convenience and super refreshing. If you have never been check out your local 7-11 !

If I could give them no stars, I would. The parking lot is always filthy. Garbage every where. They never sweep outside and the coffee counters are always disgusting and the floors inside the store are always disgusting. They do not clean. I always ask them to clean. They never do. Also, the staff never greet the customers, who are mostly people of African descent, with a good morning or a good afternoon.I was just in the store and there was a white woman in front of me. She was met with eye contact and a "Good morning. How are you?" When I went to pay, silence. Have some respect for your buisness and the community. Do better.
