cheyanne made it so pleasant that I ended up buying a new phone when I just stop by to ask a couple questions I’m very glad that I stopped by the Verizon store in Elmira instead of a different one I will always stop by to see Cheyenne if I have any questions or problems. I am very pleased with my new devices and the customer service and support that i received

Just a note to let you know Jake at Verizon was a lifesaver today for me. My phone went to SOS and I had no clue. My family was trying to reach me and could not. I came to Verizon and he knew exactly what to do. His bless him!

I had to wait quite some time for the customer ahead of me but Cheyenne Varlheuren was fantastic to work with. She set me up with information on pricing and I went from an iPhone 11 that was a mess since the stupid ios17 upgrade (that stinks), to a plan that is a better support for newer phones and an iPhone pro max. If she wasn’t so informative and efficient once the poor guy who was ahead of me got set up, I would not have bought a new phone. She was super patient with the lack of knowledge the guy ahead of me had. She’s an asset to Verizon TCC. She didn’t try to upsell stuff I didn’t need or want.

I worked with Jake today my phone was so messed up and he was so nice and helpful He took his time and worked on the problem and finally after trying and working with my phone he was successful Great customer service would highly recommend I will be returning

Nick was extremely polite and was very helpful. Although, another verizon store LIED about what type of phone I had he tried to help as much as he could. I appreciate him. He's a great employee!!!

My name is Robin Martinez. I can't heap enough praise on the staff of this Verizon outlet! I'm an old guy that has very limited experience with technology. I'm also, at times, frustrated and impatient when this technology doesn't work the way it's supposed to. (usually my fault). It would be great if I had this pleasant experience whenever I had to deal with....everything! Thank you folks! Very much!
