I love Target, but my biggest complaint with this location is that they're always understaffed it seems. If you want to use a regular line to checkout, there's usually only one open. And if you're shopping and need help, it's often difficult to find an employee around to help.
I do have to say though, they're curbside pickup is very fast. Usually, once I check in on the app, they're outside and have my order loaded within a few minutes. I love that at Target you can come for your order anytime and you don't have to schedule a specific time slot.
So, if you're not in a hurry to checkout, shop in store here. If you're going to be in a hurry, order ahead and do curbside pickup.

Luckily I know my way around Target but all the Target stores I've gone to have very mediocre customer service. Nearly no interaction, and when you do ask for help most employees don't know how to engage with customers. Shop at Michaels and you will see how to treat customers. Still love Target...

Do they ever clean the bathrooms? They're always gross. Today one of the toilets literally was covered with poop.

I would prefer to give this a 0 and not a 1. We tried using a Target gift card we received from a Black Friday special we took advantage of. When trying to use it today the gentleman behind the counter was unable to scan it and make it work. When we asked if there was anyone who could help he said that clearly no one else was coming over to help. At this point we were getting pressured from a miserable lady behind us to use another payment, so we just decided to use our card instead of take advantage of the Black Friday gift card. Thanks Target, hell of black Friday special!

Target is one of my go to places. The staff is very helpful, store clean, well lit, and nicely stocked. I also like that, unlike Walmart, they provide their employees with a decent wage and benefits. Us tax payers have to subsidize Walmart employees with food stamps and other benefits because Walmart is so stingy and greedy (the Walton family). They are so insanely rich - when is enough enough?

Rushed around before work today to get carmel bites for apples you had the wrong isle listed and an empty box sitting on the shelf obviously not in stock like it stated online.

Customer service has declined through the years and you basically have no other option but to ring yourself out most of the time. Self checkout is grossly over used in this store. For the price of goods, the least they can do is offer up some friendly cashiers.

Clean store. Lots of carts inside. Can check yourself out. Staff available if needed. Stocked shelfs.
