They told me I could trade my car in when they see the miles of my car they said we're not capable of trading in your car even if you're still paying for it so what's the meaning of paying for a car if you don't feel comfortable with it no more you want a better one they don't want to even trade it so what's the meaning of having a dealership around here point blank they get paid just by sitting on a table

I’m only writing this review so others don’t waste there time. I was talking with John Cronin a sales person there who was over an hour late to meet me after I drove 4.5 hours to pick up a truck. The truck showed up with an broken tail light , and crack in the bumper same side as the broken tail light.(obviously it was backed into something) After sending my credit app and asking him multiple times if we could finish the financing while I was home and not 4.5 hrs away he said it wasn’t possible to do. He assured me multiple times his finance guy told him “I will have no problem getting a loan” “ you will have no problems getting approved.” I pay to get someone to drive me out there so I can pick up the truck ( at least that’s what I thought) I get denied for the loan and John’s response was I’m really surprised but I’m sorry I’m not the banks. Very unprofessional dealership I would avoid at all costs. The truck showed up damaged and even if I did get the loan the tail light and bumper would have needed to be fixed and they still would have wasted my time and money to get out there. Please beware if you’re driving from long distance and please look your car over they acted like they didn’t know the tail light was broken and that the bumper was cracked. Very disappointed in my experience would not recommend coming here or simmon Rockwell in general

Everytime I make an appointment to get my oil changed and use the online option you ALWAYS call me to tell me that the date and time I’ve chosen isn’t available. If this is the case then why even have the option to book online appointments if you aren’t coordinating your schedules accordingly?

I waited 7 months to have my car back because of a blown motor covered under lifetime warranty. When I get it back I’m INSTANTLY having problems with it they say it’s my transmission but I didn’t have transmission problems when I brought it In I didn’t have any problems other than a slight tick and needing some tires when it blew up. I got a check engine light got the code read it could be 1 of three things one of them being that the exhaust manifold gasket which connects to the motor but they took an hour to come tell me it’s the catalytic converter which is 2600 dollars. The service guy seemed to want to help at first but then as time went on just proceeded to get more and more grouchy every time he talked to me. Same with the lady who schedules you. I told customer care about my experience with them as well. Will not be coming back here for anything thanks for the new motor and transmission flush but I don’t even think it’s my transmission thanks guys I’ll figure it out.

Anyone you know that says never buy a car from Simmons or to have your car worked on somewhere else, is correct. I had to find out the hard way. They replaced my motor a year ago and now I am just noticing they left out some screws and bolts, which is carelessness on their part. Then I was having a headlight issue but the issue never supposedly happened for them. Then they charged me $43 for a brake inspection which I NEVER requested, I never authorized any permission to do so. Then they left my engine cover off thinking I wouldn’t notice. You guys have some shady business practices. All in all take your cars somewhere else! You guys say you have “technicians” but you’re irresponsible and don’t care about anything thinking people don’t notice the little things you do. I want my money back too for this “brake inspection” I never told you guys to do.
