Tom, Ty, and Dylan were our movers and they were fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and took great care of our items moving across the country.
Michelle was wonderful, keeping us posted regarding changes and plans. She made sure all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion.
Beau was very helpful throughout the whole process as well, he was constantly checking in to see how the moving was going and kept in contact even weeks before the move.
We are very impressed with Naglee Moving. Highly suggest using Naglee for all your moving and storing needs.

The crew arrived on time and were organized and as well as efficient. They had me loaded up in about an hour, arrived at the new location right on time and quickly had me unloaded. When apiece of my sectional didn't fit through the door, they made a phone call and Naglee took it back to my house at no charge. That was truly appreciated. Would deal with Naglee again in a heartbeat.

Tom and the crew that accompanied him were excellent in all they did to support my move. I hope Tom will be assigned to do my delivery and unloading when we set the date for our arrival in Frederick, MD later this summer. Once I receive the updated costing I’ll better be able to evaluate the value. I do believe you get what you pay for, and I’m confident Naglee will live up to its reputation.

Naglee is the best moving company I have ever used! I have moved often - 7 times in 22 years, as a pastor & then interim pastor. Ryan accompanied me on a second virtual walk through, because I thought the first might have been inaccurate since some church stuff was mixed in with mine. Then he gave me a guaranteed price.On moving day, Tom went over details. (e.g., my office library was in an adjacent building, and church items among mine were identified.) Tom has an incredible memory for details! Then he, Mitch, & RJ proceeded to carry & load every box & item & piece of furniture (on what became a 10 page inventory!) without one complaint. Artwork was wrapped as asked & unexpectedly needed boxes were supplied. These 3 men were geniuses! And they repeated the process the next day at the new address, again without complaint & without damage.Furniture was placed - and occasionally moved - with unending patience. And despite some additions to the tasks initially discussed, the guaranteed price was honored.Seriously, I cannot think ofba single criticism. (And they were FAST!)

Called to ask some moving questions and didn't get any help or effort put forth. The lady simply responded with one word responses and then finished with "thanks." Seemed like a total lack of care.

Do your homework and get a second quote. this company over estimates by double which is a rip off considering they have a minimum during peak season. I received a quote for 7 hrs for three men plus 30 minutes of travel which I immediately thought was ridiculous. Everything was pre wrapped and boxed at our walk through. Turns out, their estimate was really off. My husband and I moved everything in 4.5 hrs from start to finish. We are in our mid 40s. We were only TWO people, not three professional males yet we did it in half the time?!!!!! Makes u wonder. Response time is slow too. Can’t speak to the moving but they always bang things up.
