Bought tv at Best Buy and paid for Geek Squad to deliver and hook up. given the date and time frame, 7am -7pm. waited for 12 hours and no one showed up and not even a phone call. the next day got a call about how I liked the service and tv and I will leave it to your imagination as to what I said. and no one could give a S---.

The geek squad member who helped me was very understanding, insightful, and treated every concern I had very seriously. This was a PC repair and they walked me through every step and told me WHY they were doing it like that to avoid future problems. 10/10

It's a specifically related to their phone tree service. I need to ask a specific question about my local store and the woman on the phone adamantly refused to transfer me to the store because they were too busy even though she could not answer my question regarding a product that they may or may not be able to fix specifically in that store and I would be willing to wait on hold for that store until an associate would become available.

It says that they do screen repairs turns out they don't and they didn't recommend a solution or anything. I know specifically they can't control what is online but they could of done something. All he said is you can take it to a bigger city like Albany? okay like I am going drive 4 hours yeah right.

Went for phone repair, sent there by Samsung, was told sorry can't help... So they sell the thousand+ phones, but once something happens you are on your own... Best by is a joke. And geek squad is the punch line.
