I had a flat tire on the highway, Gary's towing arrived very quickly, took the car to Monroe, to have the flat fixed, the driver was so professional, and courteous, I really appreciate everything! Was a relief to get off the highway and have the car back. Thank you!?

During our encounter, Austin from Gary's Towing Company exhibited kindness, respect, and helpfulness. I had a sense of security throughout the interaction.which meant a lot to me after losing brake function.

I have always trusted Gary's with all of my auto body repairs over the years. They are the only body shop I will use. A few times other people have hit my car while it was parked, a deer damaged my car a couple of times and I've been in a couple of accidents over the course of 15 years and 6 different cars. Each time, they have done an impeccable job and for a great price. Jason went out of his way to make sure they did a beautiful job and accommodated my time schedule most recently, but the entire staff is amazing!

I brought my car here to get some minor body work done. I am very satisfied with the result. I definitely would return in the future if I needed too. The work was completed within the promised time. The customer service was excellent, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.I recommend this business!

I had a person run into me last month and called Gary's to fix my car. They did a great job on the repairs. I was new to the claims process and they helped me out by explaining everything to me. They handled everything extra that came up with the insurance company and got me back my car. If I ever have a problem in the future I will be taking it back to them. My husband had an accident in September of 2022. We decided that we would have Gary’s body shop do the repairs, because they have been a part of the local community for many years. We picked our car up on November 14th and couldn’t be happier, they did an incredible job. I would never know my vehicle was in an accident. Although it seemed like a long wait, they were always kind and professional when I called to check on the status multiple times.
