Have became very rude.. every time my wife goes into the branch lately they have been very rude. I also call to ask about something and the lady was very rude about it

I cannot get anyone to answer the phone.been calling for 2 hours and never get a person to speak with.i was looking for a new bank.i guess I should keep looking
