I get the backpack rule, but apparently even if you clearly have a motorcycle and need a backpack to carry what you're buying you still get treated like a criminal upon walking in the door.
Some people keep things in their bag that random store employees can't be trusted with. If that's the case for you as well, go to literally any other store and you can shop without being treated like you're there to steal everything before you even say hello.

Sweet sales! I was able to find some clearance priced gifts at a fraction of thier original cost. Plus stock up on everyday items very reasonably priced. Cashier was very nice and wrapped my breakable as I had asked and packed them very strategically in my bag which I provided

Friendly employees. Also, the store brand captain crunch berries are significantly cheaper than name brand but they are significantly better.... I won't even buy the name brand anymore. Lol good shop

Really most of the time I go in there they don't have what I'm looking for. But I keep going because its close to my house and I still hope they might have what I'm searching for... but just like today's visit no go and all I was looking for what a receipt book to keep records. No go.... 😔

As usual I was grabbing a few items for myself & the girl & again had a pleasant experience. The staff is courteous in my experience & was once again. I located the items I was looking for with little trouble. Though if I wasn't familiar with the store it may have been more challenging as some areas were not organized. The staff being polite is one of the main reasons why I found this to be a likeable experience. That carries a good deal of weight in my opinions.

The cashier Billie is rude as can be, I asked "if I could please have the change in fives" and before I could finish she replies with a rude, snippy No. I've worked as a cashier and never once did I blatantly tell a person no, I would let them know in a polite way that I couldn't do it at the time how proper customer service should be handled. I hope Billie is delt with properly and re educated on how proper customer service is conducted.
