Planing on weekly stats during the holidays. Great location and terrific price. Close to Consumer's Square, and what's left of Arnot Mall. For safety, use mass transit or taxi to get off of the side of I86/NYS17 the hotel is located. But, there is plenty of shopping and food located on the same side of this very busy highway.

If I wasn’t in a bind I wouldn’t have stayed here as the room was the on the second floor and I have mobility issues and of course this hotel does NOT have elevators.Walkability: If you’re looking for an area with good food this is an option.

Whole facility needs updated. Staff was great.
Rooms: Over all needs to be updated. Cleaning staff needs to be aware of stains in general when cleaning.
