When I first got Cricket I was happy with it, but customer service and pricing went downhill, with plans designed to extort the consumer for data, and they refused to unlock my phone when I finally got sick of it.

Great store but they need too do better with answering the phone it sucks I live in Corning and i always call to see what’s in stock before I come to Elmira and they don’t have what im looking for which can be fixed with answering the phone
