Byrne usually has the lowest gas prices around - for both members and non-members. The staff inside can be a little short with you sometimes, but I feel like they're probably understaffed and really busy. Their milk and ice cream are delicious!

The day time crew is horribly overwhelmed and stressed out. Most of the people couldn't tell you what day it is. And the people who have been their longest are the ones who are training the new people who don't know what they're doing. My suggestion is to go in on the night shift and to call up with your area store manager and tell them to put more staff on the night shift.

Stephanie is so sweet and helpful. I bought a product and it was not the right one so she figured out right away how to fix it. It was not her mixup, it was mine. She has great customer service skills. I’m not sure if she is new but she is a keeper.
