We were referred to Bill Cook's by another satisfied customer, Tim S. Bill Cook called himself to see what we were looking for and even offered a ride, if we needed one. Ashley was a great salesman and I couldn't have been happier, pulling out of there in my "new to me" Yaris. I love tiny cars and had just gotten rid of a crew cab, long bed dually truck. I giggle every time I drive my new lil peanut. I highly recommend Bill Cooks Auto on Lake Rd!

Fairly priced, wicked fast!We were approved elsewhere but the finance lady went on vacation and we would have to wait several days when we needed a new ride ASAP.Bill was helluh busy when we were on the hunt for an expedited purchase but he still managed to get us squared away, trade-in to finance, in about three hours.EDIT:It's been a couple months now and it's important to note that Bill's service remains top-notch.It's been one thing after another with the vehicle and his team has been super helpful. Most items they have fixed, a couple items we have met in the middle on the cost. We've even considered swapping the car out since it's been a pain for everyone involved. Issues on a vehicle with higher miles is to be expected but Bill and his team have enthusiastically tried their best to make sure we have safe, reliable transportation and I'm happy to continue working with them in the future.

My mom needed a new truck she went to Bill's yesterday found a truck within her budget and today he had it ready and she drove off the lot with it. He was nice to work with and he made the whole process less stressful....highly recommend
