It's a small version of a regular Best Buy but adequate enough for what I needed. Sales staff was good depending who u get.

Best Buy, another great store! I got greeted soon as I walked in and asked if they could help me find anything. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for but pointed me in the direction of someone that did. Very friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend Best Buy as one of my go to's!

Being the only dedicated electronics store left in our area you can usually find what you need in stock, although it can be hard at times finding assistance if you need it!

Auto tech person tried to charge $140 service fee for a free remote start installation citing that Geek Squad and Best Buy are two separate entities when it comes to installations. Verified that this wasn't the case over the phone with the National coordinator and that the installation is free of charge if you purchase your starter through Best Buy. I highly recommend avoiding this location for any vehicle installation because the tech in addition to the manager will try to charge you for the installation.

Typical apathetic chain store mentality and nothing more! Employess walk around and know nothing or simply can't be bothered doing anything constructive to help. They refuse to answer phone calls and, on the odd ocassion they do, are 100% unhelpful. Called asking about the availability of a particular item and was told it was instock. Asked them to put one aside for me and that I was on my way to the store, an hour away, just to be told they wont do that just in case someone walks in and wants the item. Basically, they don't give a damn about customers and will do nothing to help a customer, period! Bottom line - go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money as ANYWHERE is better than so called best buy, hell even the Salvation Army Stores!!!
