“The moment you stop bowing to the will of certain dealerships they resort to unsavory tactics. I get being a pushy car salesman, but it is a conscious choice to be unhelpful at your job. Not too pleased with this dealership in particular.”

“These guys are the best. Do you want to feel like your dad is fixing your car? This is the place. As a young woman, I’ve experienced mechanics take advantage thinking I lacked knowledge it talked down to me trying to get me to pay for things I didn’t need.
This place is nothing like that.
These guys are respectful, straight forward and you can tell by their demeanor and actions they care. Since I have moved here I’ve taken my car here and they have always been kind, professional and incredibly decent men.
Plus the woman at the desk is so nice.
Their labor rates are competitive and they do good work, quickly.
I am so grateful for the job they have done. My car has had some big issues that were safety hazards and I’m glad to know my car is safe to drive.

“I had called the For an appointment and they scheduled me for the following day, when I showed up at the appropriate time the next day I was told they were busy. So they scheduled me for the day after, so two days after my Initial phone call I showed up. Immediately they had a plan of what they were going to do so I could get my inspection and they handled it very smoothly. I believe his name was Chez, or Chev (Sorry if I’m wrong) Took care of me very well was able to assess what had my engine light on and solve the problem within the day. I Have been there before, and Bobby treated me with respect, he attached one of my side mirrors that had came off from a recent accident with no pay and within minutes. At that point, I knew I wanted to keep coming back to these gentlemen. They are quick to fix many problems, and are very respectful. They will continue to get Business from me that is for sure. Thank you all there at Monroe in Riverside.”

In five minutes he had me smiling again, when I was ready to blow up my car and shoot myself. Thank you for taking the time to fix this and more importantly show me how to get through it next time!
