Worst 7/11 you could possibly go to. The cashier Chad stared at his phone the entire time barely acknowledging me. Then refused the heat up the food that was cold because he never temped it. Went in a few days later and the manager of the store told him he could refuse service because I complained about his rude behavior to corporate. It's really a sad joke of a store... go to the 7/11 @ 865 Davis st, you will have a much better product and experience

They are never open 24 hours! And they don't make any new coffee, I went in there at 9 am and they were out of all coffee and didn't make more! The people that work there are lazy and do the minimum amount of work and sometimes not even that! They aren't even open at 6am so now gotta try to call back at 7 to see if they are open yet to make sure they made coffee this morning! They definitely need to hire new management and better employees!!!

I returned home from buying a few burritos from this 7 Eleven, opened the wrapper to put the bean and cheese burrito in the oven and noticed mildew spots on it! Unacceptable; disgusting! I don't even know what to think about this particular store anymore!

One of my favorite things on this planet is a slurpee. I feel when you hear the name 7/11 you think of a slurpee automatically. It goes hand in hand. Like the big Mac to McDonald's. Anyway Everytime I go into this particular store the machines aren't ever producing them right. Something is always wrong. Well tonight I even called ahead to make sure the slurpee was flowing without any problems. The lady assured me they were all good except one flavor the blue. That sucked being a good flavor but I figured who cares there's 7 others. And low and behold there it was my favorite flavor cranberry Sprite. I'd pour that and mix in the cherry as well and all would be right. I opened the valve to pour it in and SPLASH.. liquid. Not textur correct at all. Being disappointed I sucked it up poured red and coca cola.Point being no one takes pride in the slurpee machines the backbone of 7/11 and not only take pr ide they talk like they know whats going on with the machine when it is very very far from the truth

The store hours change constantly. Online it says open 24-7 yet u go there and there closed. Gotta love the hand written sign that says closed opens at 6am.

I walked into the store and stomped the snow off my boots, on the rug so i wouldnt track the snow through the store. The cashier promptly told to stomp my boots outside. If the sidewalk was clear and the parking lot plowed maybe i would not have had to stomp snow off my boots. Not impressed and needless to say i will be shopping elsewhere. Customer service lacks and apparently my purchases aren't needed at your store.

The owner of this 711 is super cool. He bought me a slurpy!!! Now that's going the extra mile to make your customers happy! That's pure kindness. And it is always super clean and well maintained! I love this 711... They even have co, op atm I feel blessed this one is near me. Highly recommend it!!!
