I came with an uninformed question and a meager purchase. The man at Hesselson’s was very polite and informative, helping me see what I needed to do and being sure I got the right equipment. They deal with much more complex problems but I can recommend them for simple ones.

Bought our first hot tub here and was a very smooth and painless process. Frank was very nice to work with, answered all our questions, walked us through every option model and feature. When it came time to make the purchase, financing was a breeze and had it delivered and set up in no time at all! The few questions we had after getting it up and running were promptly answered. Will not hesitate to recommend Hesseson’s to anyone.

Recently purchased a hot tub from Hesselsons, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive, specifically Sean, and Martin. There was an issue with the lighting system in the tub, and they made it right with no questions asked. Highly recommend a visit for all things pool and spa related.

I opened my pool this season to find out that it didn't have another season left. I panicked and then called Hesselsons. Immediately everything came together. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and super easy to work with. I was confident in my purchase and the financing is out of this world. My deck was an extra obstacle but it proved to be no big deal for the install team. I cannot praise you enough!

From the moment we stepped into the store, we had great customer service (this includes the three individuals that delivered). Sean has been there for us the entire step of the way, from purchase to answering all of my questions, and he does it in a VERY timely manner. I appreciate his assistance as this is my first time owning a hot tub and have had many questions. Highly recommend Hesselsons!
