Awesome experience!!!! The young man who answered the phone this morning went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that I am having with replacement windows that my contractor purchased for me back in 2003. Erie no longer carries Great Lakes windows, so he probably did not have to try to help. In order for Great Lakes to even considering helping me, I needed the “order number” for the windows which I did not have. The young man at Erie was able to find the order number and purchase date for me. THANK YOU!

I'm a professional contractor. Went to Erie materials bought Trex decking they charged me more than what I would have paid at Lowe's. For about 25,000 worth of Trex. Then stopped in the other day and they don't even know what the different styles of drip badges they don't know the difference between f drip edge and gravel stop or d drip edge I was just shocked that they don't even know what they're selling.
