“Victoria Orrego had me at “Hello!” I expected to receive lack luster and disinterested customer service as I have at previous locations and received the exact opposite. I was very determined to stick within my price range and not once did Victoria dissuade me or say, “No can do!” I came in close to closing but she gave me the same energy she would if it were early in the day. She really worked with her managers to give me what I wanted (and even threw in a lil’ razzle dazzle in the form of add-ons). I drove in with a 19’ Civic and drove out with my dream car, 20’ Accord (within my price range!!!) Thank you so much for your persistence, kindness, and wonderful aura. “Got a good car w/ super low miles for a great price! My only issue was that when I traveled out to test drive and purchase the car (I live 5hrs away from the dealership), I was told they did not have the title in hand. They did express-mail me the title when they received it though. But other than the delay in being able to register the car, I am very happy with it!”
