I have been shopping in this supermarket for many years. It’s been really bad when I go to the supermarket recently. The workers who sell meat just do their own thing and treat the customers like nothing. No one sells goods. The woman in the fish department has the same attitude as a tomboy. It was bad and rude. There was a Cantonese cashier girl (#812) standing at the front of the back door. She was reluctant to get a big plastic bag. I don’t want to bend over to buy anything anymore. The vegetables are not as fresh as those in other supermarkets. Big There is no shortage of customers in the supermarket. Now that there are more supermarkets, we have a lot of choices. There is no need to waste time and energy arguing with him.

There are several branches of Changfa Supermarket, but my favorite is the one in Elmhurst. I feel that the store environment is relatively clean, the shelves are neatly arranged, and there are a variety of vegetables, seafood, fish and other foods at very reasonable prices. It is very comfortable to shop there.

Shopping in the store since it’s opened, cause we lived near there before 2016, now it’s little far, but we love the stuff there. The meat and vegetables are really fresh. Every employee is okay, no big difference from others Chinese supermarkets, but one of the cashier whose attitude looks like she’s the boss.She argue with the customers every week, and this time is my turn ?. Still thinking should I go there again…By the way, her ID is 817, is there anyone tell she’s the boss, I will not going there!

Great market for goods, if you want better produce nearby I'd just go down the street to Good Fortune market, much better produce, and more organized! They have all the Chinese stuff there. Everything you want, that's Asian, you can find it here

today when i went to that supermarket, one of the workers were acting really rude towards me and staring at me when that person asked me if i wanted for my meat to be cut.

My all time fave spot, has everything you need & extremely fresh. Yes the place will be packed & you'll have to shoulder chuck a few people but totally worth it.

Difficult parking. There is a small parking lot that is shared access with neighboring places, but parking is tight and not marked stalls. Street parking is available but meter rules apply.Lines long during this visit, check out cashiers do NOT bag your groceries, you need to do this on your own, which with large quantities and some patrons not knowing how to pack or take time arranging their bagged item, can slow down the check out.

I've been coming here well over a decade & it's always packed. I don't know if this place ever has a quiet time. You can pick up everything u need from meat to seafood to greens..its is all extremely fresh! My faves are the shrimp shumai & bok choi. Prices seem average & no you probably won't get friendly staff but really who shops at the market to make friends. Buy your food & move on. The parking lot is a bit of a headache but manageable. Am happy this place is still thriving.
