“What a gem!!! I absolutely love Gramercy Typewriter. As a typewriter enthusiast, this is THE place for servicing. They do an incredible job. You can tell the technicians are perfectionists. I have had multiple machines serviced. I especially appreciate their honesty—they will often provide several options (eg fixing up a platen vs replacing) with different costs so it’s partly in the customer’s control. They seem to do everything in their control to keep servicing costs down, which is extremely admirable. They also have gorgeous machines for sale; I might need to start bringing a mop with me so I can clean up my drool on the way out! Simply the best. Always a pleasure to see Jay, Hudson, and Nick.”
