I ordered the banner for my friends birthday. The quality and the service was great but the design was just Soso. It took a while going back-and-forth to get the design done and I had to pay extra for the shipping. I wish that they would let us design on our own.

Banner is high quality and looks great. However, a small bar-code was printed on the front for some reason. Not sure why it is there or how it got there. Unfortunately, it is just big enough to be distracting.

New York Banner Stands did exactly what they say they do: retractable banners. Exactly as well made as any other retractable banner. What do you want? It's a retractable banner.But they did my job with a super fast turnaround time, excellent service, on-time delivery, and a friendly discount. The online pricing is a bit confusing; just call or email and they'll respond right away. Absolutely what we needed and I will definitely use them again.

Asked for a refund because the work was not what i wanted. After multiple times trying to contact them with no response, i went to the address that is on google maps and they aren't there. Finally, I got in contact with someone over the phone and asked for my refund and he was extremely rude to me and told me that I'd be receiving a refund and then hung up on me mid sentence. This was 4 months ago and i still have not received a refund. Please do not trust this company. It's a scam.
