My experience today was AMAZING. Gained a loyal customer due to the well informative and amazing Sleep Expert Christian Valentin. Me and my girlfriend are moving the 1st of December in the next month so we were looking for a mattress that was just right for the both of us. He made it such a breeze and a no brainer. From explaining how important sleep actually was to explaining what the mattress is made of and all about adjustable bases. If it wasnt for him, we wouldnt have found the first perfect mattress. Mann this guy can sell water to a Fish. Amazing at what he does truly impressed. Made the time go by fast, with all the knowledgable information and wholesome hospitality. This guy deserves a raise man!!

The sales person push you hard to purchase right away. More over, the workers scratched my floor when setting up the bed frame. He kept denying when I confronting him. I am 100% sure it was the workers because I did inspection with property manager an hour ago before the mattress firm workers came. They also took wrong pieces on the first trip. It took 1 extra weeks to get the correct piece. There are many mattress stores nearby, go check out others.

At first I was worried purchasing from a third party, however Gabriel was very helpful. I purchased a purple mattress, took longer than originally expected but was worth the wait. I came in to an issue with part of the order but Gabriel was able to resolve it ! If you’re looking to purchase a mattress, look for Gabriel. Very insightful and understanding.
