I came in to look around and see if I can test any mattresses. I had the intention of replacing my mattress anyway, but wasn't necessarily in a rush to get a new one.
Musy, the sales associate greeted us right away and asked a few questions on what I was looking for in a mattress. She was so helpful and was thorough in helping me with my search. We tested different models and she had me test out different pillows as well, accounting for my preference as a side sleeper. I ended up choosing a new mattress and a few new pillows. She also helped me with my budget as well as helped me sign up for a Mattress Firm card.
The whole thing was very smooth and thorough, she asked all the right questions and went through all the details when I decided to get a in-home installation delivery, and haul away which means they will take your old mattresses and discard them for you. The delivery process was very smooth and professional as well. Overall I'm very happy with my shopping experience, I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking to up their sleep game! Thanks to Musy at the Mattress Firm in Queens Center, I sleep better now!
