They are very irresponsible, bad, no one should go with them, since February 8, my husband and I went to do taxes and to this day they have not given us an answer, the person who did our taxes never answers, they tell us that they will leave a message so that they can call us back and we have never gone in person and they only give excuses, we call the IRS and the IRS tells us that there is nothing, that our taxes and application have not arrived, Liberty Tax lost our documents, no one takes responsibility, Liberty Tax on Queens Blvd. They are the worst office, irresponsible.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Liberty Tax Service. The office was very accommodating and efficient in every way. Carl from Liberty Tax Service is fantastic! My taxes were done in a timely manner and I must say the professionalism was outstanding. He is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend this tax service to friends and family.

I wish I would have read the reviews before taking my taxes to these frauds. They’re definitely charming but they’re wolves in sheep clothing. I wonder if they’re even legally allowed to operate this type of business. At most they probably watched a few YouTube videos on how to file taxes and came up with a scheme to call themselves tax professionals. Carlos (the head of this whole operation) doesn’t even have a professional email address. I’m going to have to go and get my taxes done again by real professionals. Beware this place!
