“Spectrum at the Queen's Mall is very convenient when I'm hanging out with my daughter. They have free WiFi and charging stations. If I need a new remote control for my TV I can get one while I'm here. I'm not happy about my huge internet and cable TV bills. I have had the service since it was Time Warner and it's hard to let go. I'm finally tired of watching the same shows over and over so I am exploring more channels. Plus the addition of Disney Plus has been great. I watched Summer of Soul and this week Hamilton. As for the internet I've never had outages and I certainly have enough speed for what I do. I'm giving this location and my current feeling about Spectrum 4 Stars. I'm sure I will probably be disenchanted when my year of internet and cable discounts $20 a month each ends!!”
“I came in February to trade in my phone as well as those of my parents. The salesman was lackluster and didn’t tell us that we would need new chargers for our newer phones. That visit was redeemed on 3/24 when I was helped by Manager Randy. Before I could complete online check-in, he came over to help. He went above and beyond to help me with my trade in. I am very appreciative of him and his kindness.”
