I was given attitude at the register by an employee when trying to return a pair of shoes. She claimed the shoes were “unwearable” and “unable to be resold” because they were worn outside once. The stains were surface level and the shoes was not damaged at all. Regardless, the employee was extremely snarky about the stains and gave us a condescending look. She didn’t even offer an exchange, store credit, or any solution.

I entered the store. There was no good morning, hello or anything from staff. As I’m looking around I see a couple things I like and pick up. I see something else I like but it’s up a bit high. I tried to get it my self. I see staff member at the entrance watching me. He does not assist me. As I’m stretching up trying to reach the product a couple of employees walk past me and look at me. Neither one of them asked if I needed any help. At this point I decided to leave the store. As I’m leaving the store the staff standing at the door says thank you for shopping with us.

I’m only giving this place one star because I can’t give it 0. I went into this location two weeks ago to pick up a reserved pair of sneakers, to which I found out management gave my pair to someone else, a reseller. Long story short, I had an interaction with the manager Will and he was unprofessional, disrespectful and sexist. I’ve reached out to corporate to make a complaint and address my concerns and it seems no one is taking this seriously as I still haven’t spoken to someone directly about it. It definitely shows the kind of company this is, and the individuals that are hired to be managers.

Terrible experience in the store. Having sold an obviously defective product (one shoe was clearly smaller than the other), they refused to exchange or return the money only 10 minutes after the purchase. I only wore these boots for 10 minutes inside the mall and they still looked brand new. The manager Andre N. was clearly irritated by my poor knowledge of English and showed disdain. Violation of the consumer rights law and boorish attitude forces you to never use this chain of stores again.

Most of the staff are so rude to customers.Yeah,I noticed that this store always busy and I am big fan of JD sports too. That’s why they forgot the value of customers.They asking email for exchange or return. Without email they never accepting the reginal receipts for return and exchange.This is only store charges $1 for bag in NYC.You better to think twice before shopping in this store.I am totally done. Always make upset when ever I come here.

The customer service the employees practice here is a joke. I came here because I wanted to make a quick purchase of white Air Force1 size 10. Since I stepped foot inside not a single employee approached me or greeted me. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to look for the shoes thinking someone will come help me in a min. After realizing no one did I went up to one of the many employees that are just standing by the entrance door talking amongst themselves and asked if anyone was free because I needed a size on the those shoes. He barely even make eye contact with me and said that I had to wait. I waited for about 10 mins and seeing that someone got the shoes they wanted and came after me, I walked out to the CHAMPS Store that even though they were busy they greeted me and got me the shoes I wanted to buy in 5 mins.Moral of the story: DONT COME BUY SHOES HERE

Terrible vibe from customer service here. Came at 10Am on Sunday, no customers in the store, and yet not a single customer service rep said good morning or offered to help. I said good morning to one and she stared at me blankly. I asked about a price of a shoe to another because it was a New Balance shoe mislabeled for $30, he said it’s the wrong price and then didn’t even ask what I’m looking for. Got no help or even a hello, even though there are 10 people working and no other customers.

This is the first time something like this has happened. I met such a cashier. Her attitude was very bad, and it made my friends and I feel disrespected and discriminated against, which made us very angry! we bought 5 pairs of shoes. We are happy to pay for them, but the cashier looked disgusted, and her tone and actions made us very uncomfortable. I always love to go shopping at qunnes mall, and today I brought my friends to JD to buy shoes. When before it was Finish Line, I would come every month, and I also bring my friends with me. It has never been like this. Maybe this will be the last time I spend money in this store! What a terrible purchasing experience!

Worst possible "customer service". I've been into this location COUNTLESS times, have yet to get as much as hello. The team members literally just stand and talk to each other non stop.You literally have to walk up front and find someine to assist you. They don't approach, don't ask if you need help. NOTHING. They talk and joke. The place is either seriously understaffed, or they don't even train them in customer service. Just hire them and put them in the sales floor. Wish I had a job where I could do nothing the entire shift and still get paid for it.I just left the store (11/27) My girlfriend liked a pair of shoes she wanted me to get. We stood and stood while the two guys of front just talked. They never once came back to ask if I needed anything. At one point my girlfriend waves the shoes in the air to get their attention. Nothing. We put the shoe back and left.If you're looking for a place where you have to find someone to help you so you can spend your money, this is the location for you. Maybe the teens who shop for shoes don't care about the lack and absence of service, but some of us still value someone willing to EARN a check.

How can I say it? This customer service is horrible. I went in with my family and noticed they did not notice me at all. I asked three different video for Help same results not willing to help. Don’t know why I have seen other customers came in after me, and they were happy to help them, that was my first experience at your store and Definitely would be the last we stood here for over 20+ minutes and when eventually we did get help all the information was wrong. They scanned the shoes outside, saying that they had my daughter size when they went in they took a long time again and they said they don’t have the size me and my family decided to do our business elsewhere. By the way, this wasn’t Queen Plaza mall Never me again

Horrible, just came in an hour ago and got my pair of shoes then I was trying to look for a pair of shoes for my dad and they took 40 minutes to get the proper size to him that didn’t even fit him….. waste of time here don’t come here
