I brought my nephew to return his naruto crocs despite printing a return slip to be returned to a crocs retail store. Crocs notifed us that it will be returnable in store. I showed up & they said nothing could be done about the return. I don't understand how this store is a crocs store but cannot return online items. Unacceptable

I had a disappointing experience at CROCS. The customer service was very poor. The staff did not greet customers and talked among themselves while serving. They also charged me for a bag, even though I didn't take one. I'm not overly concerned about the 5 cents, but their behavior towards customers needs to improve. I spent $87, so I expected better customer service .Thanks

The store manager and a staff tried to reject my return and claimed the Bambury collab can’t be returned in store, which is a lie! the order confirmation stated “Bring your merchandise to any Crocs Retail Store. Have an associate scan the barcode for easy returns & order information”. I showed them my order confirmation and they still insisted they can’t process and can’t sell it in store (which i think the reason).I persisted to have them to scan the barcode and it turned out working perfectly fine! I strongly recommend not coming to this store since the store manager and staff are dishonest.

Went to this location at Queens Center Mall looking for a pair of blue crocs and it turned out to be a horrible experience. Associate #10102987 had a nasty attitude. After I purchased the crocs, I asked her what the return policy was and she responded check your receipt; I was shocked she didn't just tell me the return policy directly. I wasn't the only one who experienced her nasty attidtude. I was in line and the person infront of me was trying to exchange a pair of crocs he bought online and the associate told him we don't have that style go exchange it online. She didn't even bother helping the customer try and find an alternative even when he mentioned he was just looking for a solid color crocs for his son. So many other stores in this mall sell the same crocs and the workers will treat you better. Next time I will shop at the other stores who sell Crocs such as Journeys, Footlocker, Champs, and etc.
