I went to Chase to open a account for my nephew.He said there is a 30minute wait we said no problem.Then the manager says the is no personal we had to take an appointment out the wait is 2 hours.After us wait more than 30minutes.Yes the Manager apologies for the wrong information I understand his new.But your supposed to understand and know how to do your job.His very unprofessional when I said what said he laughing that really got upset.You make a mistake and laugh so I got in his face don’t laugh I felt like knocking him out.The manager saw I was not playing she told him walk away.Moe change your ways that’s not the right way be professional that’s embarrassing like a chase bank employee.

The banker needs more training , every thing I asked she said don’t know as it’s online but it’s about the chase bank am not asking about other banks. Sounds rude n mean seems don’t know how to talk customers ae well.

The reception staff here are friendly. But they speak Cantonese Their attitude is really bad. I would rather go to a farther place than to do any business here

Building is nice but service is so bad. Ria is the one who talk to me with a rude voice and word always every time I came here they look down of customers. I hate this. We not gonna get service from this location again?????

Workers at this branch think they can park all over the parking lot with no regard for the customers. I had to wait OVER ONE HOUR, continuously complaining at the greeter, as well as the manager. They told me "well, you shouldn't have parked there". This parking lot is for customers, not workers. I have never dealt with a more disrespectful lot of employees in my life. Will take my business elsewhere.

Wonderful, wonderful experience with Bella opening a business account. God bless you, you’re an angel and very knowledgeable.I went with an appointment for 12:30 pm with a young lady, they tried to have me come at 1, but the branch Manager Ray called me and sat me with Bella at 12:35 pm.I’m so grateful, Bella was able to take care of me, she’s careful, knowledgeable and very personable!! By far the best experience I’ve had in a bank. I highly recommend opening your accounts with Bella Genao.
