There are always homeless people in the ATM asking for cash. I feel that I have been in a dangerous environment and feel very uncomfortable!

For the past few years every time I need to go to a teller there is at least 5 people in line and the wait is always around 15-20 minutes. There’s no other Chase bank in the area so this is my only option. They need to find a way to speed up the services they are offering.
