This is about as Googie as you are going to get in this pit-of-despair American nightmare. This is about as much mid-century optimism as you will discover in this wasteland of pre-war brick canyons of spiritual destitution. Although the mall just West of it is architecturally less depressive than most others in this pitilessly joyless region, even as every ounce of energy from the 1964 world's fair has been materially sucked out of each element of Flushing Meadows Park, in keeping with a profound devotion to the common parts, and with a fundamentalist, fanatical commitment to ugliness and resolute, indefatigable fidelity to making suicide redundant.

If I could rate 0 stars definitely I would. The service is terrible, you have to wait in long lines and when you get to the window they tell you to call by phone or try on the app otherwise you will have to wait more than an hour to be served.

This is one of the BEST BANK OF AMERICA BRANCHES, it has free parking for its customers, they have excellent customer service with a smile all the time. All the staff is very professional. This bank, its manager and workers are xenophobic, they discriminate and treat badly people who are politically persecuted and do not even have access to an identity in our country, they did not want to open the account for my mother-in-law because she had an extension on her passport, even though It was the one I used to travel and enter the country legally, they say it is not enough identification, by proving their nationality they were discriminatory, they mistreated and humiliated my wife and my mother-in-law, I will close my account and I recommend that no one use this bank that humiliates and discriminates.

I have just been a victim of discrimination because of my nationality. They prohibited me from opening my bank account because I had a Venezuelan extension on my passport. Apparently the manager told me that they have an internal resolution. When I told her that I felt discriminated against, she laughingly reinforced her position. She showed me an internal resolution prohibiting them from accepting Venezuelan extensions, according to a lot of false documentation. In any case, they should not exclude people who want to access their system in this way. 100% discrimination.

If I can rate 0 stars I would. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with a Bank of America branch and I’ve been with them over 7 years , I have always had an pleasant experience.this wasn’t the case unfortunately I referred my brother and we entered the location and was seated by Rudy Sanchez ( the manager )We waited for a hour and the same manager Rudy came back and said we can not open an account due to their bank experiencing a lot of scamming ??!! I have no idea what that could possibly have to do with a potential customer that has I.d, a social , a bill and proof of address … I feel that we we’re definitely profiled when I presented my Bank of America card and told him I have been a customer for over 7 years and never experienced anything of the such he told me that it was their policy . When I presented the policy he disappeared . Is this the way you guys treat your customers now ? (Scamming and profiling them ? ( if your thinking of banking with them please run far away you will not be welcomed or feel like you’re in good hands I feel the complete opposite. This Rudy Sanchez guy will definitely get you Sued!!!
