Made a mistake I guess purchasing a shoe and got the totally wrong size. Quick customer service was able to make things right. Will shop from again just for this reason.

I did a raffle for a wwm air Jordan 1 Satin size 12 and I got a size 5 I thought when you win a raffle you win your size not a random size so I called them & emailed & nothing at All I ordered this on October 18 & obviously they say no refunds or exchange & no returns on there website so I’m going too give this 2 out of 5

I personally think this is the best sneaker store in the city. From the customer service to how they release they products. No raffles which I love! FCFS very fun, and once in a lifetime experience you’ll get. Sometimes it gets crazy but it’s part of the experience. Thank you so much @ALLTHERIGHT for what u do for the sneaker community. They allowed me to get exclusive shoes when nobody will. Thank you also today for the J balvins. ??

Without a doubt, the best shop in NYC Queens for fashion and drip! Been coming here since I was in high school and have not stopped since. They have affordable prices, their store is always clean & organized, and the music always vibing. On top of all that, their staff are filled with great people. They always having fun and they encourage the public to do the same while shopping. Love this store, and I'll remain shopping here as long as I possibly can. This place is amazing for a quick outfit AND a planned outfit ??

They're always helpful and friendly. Brought my son in w/ me last time and the guy behind the counter hooked it up on the sticker for him. Great sneaker, fitted hat, graffiti supplies selection. Legendary art on the ceiling tiles and walls.

I came here to get my fitted hat embroidered because a friend recommended me to come here. I always came to this store as a kid to look around and it’s a nice and beautiful store. My fitted took a week and a half to be embroidered but it was worth the wait. And there was an issue but they were quick to contact me. Their customer service is great and I am definitely coming back to get my fitteds embroidered and buy fitteds from here from now on. And a big shoutout to June for the amazing customer service he provided for me.

Went in there took my time… no one greeted me,Asked if I need help or had any questions. A family goes in and they go straight toward to help them.Made me not want to buy anything so I left. Also the one guy that started help that customer also was helping out another that came in after me at the same time as the family, and the other employees there didn’t even seem to care to help.Have to hire people that want to work not just chill and look cool. SMH

This place has great fitteds cant take that away from them but they always have their friends and family skip the line then the worker comes outside and says we all grown men to figure it out instead of avoiding chaos they antagonize it ! Then guy inside with long hair always has an attitude problem and always saying smart comments like "i hate releases" "i cant stand these people doing too much" overall GREAT STORE but TERRIBLE WORKERS and their vibes make you not wanna go back to queens to shop there.
