Save your paperwork! After a year the mattress has given up any support it had. It's now hard and the side has blown out. Great people to deal with put subpar product. *Update* They were extremely helpful sending me a copy of original purchase paperwork and sending how to receive a factory warranty. I'm unsure how the mattress failed seeing how my wife and I are not obese but with the customer service we received I'll definitely buy from them again.

This is the 2nd time that we have gone back to this store looking for a mattress so far. We are very pleased with our 1st one but our lower backs were not so we went in looking around and we bought a firm bag and I'm. Hoping that this works better. It has the lift for your feet and your head. So I'll probably not snore as much and my feet will feel better. The husband's back will feel better it as well and I don't know. I'm whether or not any of you step on into this place but it always treats you fair and veterans get

Love that I can walk in here and NOT feel like I'm bombarded with empty sales pitches... I actually feel like they care about what I am asking/saying and take that into consideration. It's a beautiful thing when you feel like someone is listening AND helping, and I feel this way whenever I come here. (Only a few times, but each time, I had someone different and equally the same experience!)

The absolute worst place to purchase your mattress make your bedding purchase from a reputable business, where they stand behind their warranties. Yes, it will be a little more money, but you will be happy in the long run. I think this company filed Chapter 11, and I’ve been told that the names that around the mattress is the name brands That you see on the tag, they sew them on at their warehouse

Several months ago, we purchased a bed but as time went on I forgot to post a positive review of the store! We were greeted promptly by the salesperson, Melissa M., who showed us a starting mattress to test out to see if we would like to go firmer or softer. From there she lead us to the firmer selections and let us test them out without pressuring us or hovering like other salespeople have done in the past at traditional retail stores. She was so sweet to my daughter too ! We ended up with one of the firmest mattresses at the store which was several thousand dollars less than what we would have paid anywhere else. It still supports us beautifully and we are so happy with our bed. Honestly I was bit leery as I never actually went in this store before but was pleasantly surprised by how well everything went and I would recommend them to anyone!

A great shopping encounter from start to finish at the Elma location. I was in need of a new twin mattress for my son’s loft bed. Tom was the salesman I dealt with and he was friendly, helpful, personable and patient. He actually educated me while he took me through the different options and the reasons for the height and style that we landed on. The pricing was great, the service was great and my son will be overjoyed with his new bed! Thank you for making it so easy for me!

Really a wonderful shopping experience, no pressure, only helpful. I've got a great return policy if you decide it's not the mattress for you. Free delivery, and removal of your old mattress. Hard to beat that.

Horrible service... horrible return policy basically if you didn't buy the right product it's too bad you left the store with it no refunds. Worst customer service and knowledge from employees that I've ever seen. I'm sure this review won't get posted but this company is not recommended at all... couldn't give zero stars.
