I'm the type of person that likes to be waited on I walk the parking lot for 20 minutes and then I finally went inside and asked if anybody wants to have a sale I picked out a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo I looked at all tires and the back tires were almost bald when I asked him to replace it with new ones they said they don't do that. Then I pointed out how can you inspect the vehicle with illegal tires I like the salesman he was very helpful finance was very helpful but the owner or management only cares about the bottom line making money it would have cost them less than $1,000 to put all four new tires on my vehicle but I guess that's asking for too much. I look at it this way I'm buying a vehicle whether used or new should have new tires and brakes all the way around maybe that's just me who else thinks like that

Multiple times I have taken my vehicle here for oil changes/tire rotations. Most of the time waiting upwards of 2 hrs for completion. Saturday was by far the worse of having to wait 3 hours. Save time and go somewhere else

They are lucky they even have 1 star has this jeep a month and got it to this shop 3x each time been told to come back as they could not replace what my issues were. Even as simple as a headlight and when asked for a loaner car so I can keep mine here they said sorry we have nothing for you. I’ll never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I came in to have a blower motor replaced. It was replaced with the new one that is not completely quiet.
I also asked if my alignment could be checked and if a persistent suspensions noise could be looked at, one that I have been trying to tackle for two years. It is a very noticeable sound, and very easy to duplicate, even without having to drive the vehicle.
Several hours later, and with almost 30 more miles on my odometer I was told that the noise cannot be duplicated, I may have a tire issue, and I would have to go back to the location Where I bought my tires, which I refuse to do because of the host of problems I had on that visit. They said I would have to go back there if I wanted anything done with my alignment. I was not looking for a warranty, just to have these problems fixed and be on with my life.
I think that we could’ve gotten a lot further if the staff was willing to converse with me more, or allow me to demonstrate easily in the parking lot where the sound was coming from.
It was a bit disappointing on the drive home hearing the noise several times that they told me I could not be duplicated. I appreciate that they did spend time checking things, but I think it could’ve been more efficient for me and for the company if things were pinpointed per my description.
Are used to live closer to the location, but moved north of Lockport, but continued to give my business to Transitowne because I had a history of satisfaction since 2016. This experience has put a different taste in my mouth.

We have gone to Transitowne in Elma for all of our auto needs for years. From purchasing to inspection and repairs, Rob, Jon and the entire staff has always been at the very top of the industry. We have never left feeling like we haven’t had our vehicle completely taken care of. Prices are fair and customer service is a top priority. Thank you. They always go above and beyond. Plus they play great music while you’re waiting!

The repair of the vehicle was overall done well and timely. Though what makes this one star is the fact that I was told a estimated price. I was told it was not a guarantee but should be around there. I would have been okay with a reasonable increase but it ended up being more than double for the same repair discussed no additional parts.

I go here all the time to have my truck serviced. Ryan my Service Advisor was professional and listened to service need, quickly completed the w/o and said he'd keep me informed. He did that. Truck was expertly serviced in timely manner. Professional
