I've been going to Reid's for probably 15 years. First time at the Elma location since the Seneca shop closed. Very happy with the service and the quality of work. In and out sooner than quoted at a time they seemed very busy. Everyone there is friendly, will continue to go here for my tire needs.

They NEVER answer the phone, I’ve physically driven there to get a quote for tires only to be told they’ll call me once they find out the price of what I’m looking for yet they have never called me back. I even had my fiancé stop in on a second occasion for the same thing and they never called him back either. Today I stopped in to simply get my wheel weights fixed that have flown off the two front tires. I was told they can’t do them in the rain and that it has to be dry out. This was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard and a blatant lie. I’ve given this place multiple opportunities to earn my business and that was the last one. I will never attempt to do business with them again.

There were about 5 ppl already there when I arrived waiting for service but they were taken care of quickly. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait however bc of the quick service to them my turn came fast. I didn't have to wait long at all & my car was ready. I went in for slow leaks in both front tires which I blame on the horrendous street conditions everywhere. So I highly recommend Reid's Tires.

I just needed a tube for my 0 turn tire and then I called and they said it was done. But it wasn't when I got there, so we did it right away and didn't charge me a dime. I would recommend these guys anytime

I recently had to get new tires and I received exceptional service at Reid’s. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was given a good price and my new tires were put on in about an hour even though it was very busy. I genuinely appreciated the honest work and service. Whenever I need tires in the future this is definitely where I will return to!
For planning purposes, I tried to call ahead of time to schedule an appointment, however they stated there was no need for an appointment, it’s first come first serve.

I can’t thank the owner and team at this tire shop enough! While traveling with my family on a very hot day, we had a flat tire and pulled into their shop. Not only did they help us right away, but they also changed the tire quickly and with a smile — and didn’t charge us a single penny. Their kindness, professionalism, and generosity turned a stressful moment into a reminder of how wonderful people can be.

I needed a tire repair in a hurry. The guys came right out into the parking lot, jacked up the car and had the repair done in less than 5 minutes. Great service! I am grateful for the quick turn around. I will be coming back before winter to purchase a complete set of tires!
