If buying tires make sure you pick a good tire otherwise they'll order the cheapest tire they have. I've had to change tires three times in the last 2 years. They also don't recommend that you get alignments. Alignments are key to the wear of your tires. I realize Reid's doesn't do alignments but a recommendation would be good customer service. From now on I will only get tires where my alignment can be checked and done if needed. The way the roads are around here alignments are often required.

Shout-out to Jason! He's an awesome guy running this place, providing great customer service. I dropped my flat tire at the shop, he got it fixed in no time. It's good to see places like this in our community which are not solely looking for profit but helping people out. I will be visiting them when I want new tires.

The owner is an outstanding guy. Very kind and helpful. When choosing where to spend your hard-earned money for a service you need, it matters how you're treated and how much care goes into the service you're receiving. Needed a set of rims with old tires on them removed & new tires mounted and balanced. Dropped them off and picked them up the same day. Pricing was extremely reasonable and service was better than anywhere ive been in years. This place has my business anytime I need anything tire related done. Owner treats his employees excellent from what I experienced as well. Love to see it. Thank you again!

My family and I have been doing business here for a long time and service has been good..Unfortunately today I asked if I could have two tires mounted and balanced ..The manager responded with a hard "NO" that he doesn't make money on a Mount and balance on two tires that he other jobs that make more money and walked away with a bad attitude!!Afterwards I had a conversation with a friend of mine about the situation and said that he received the same attitude and was turned away. Took my business to Dunn tire and mounted them with no issues.
