DISAPPOINTING-Not sure if these reviews are hypes from friends and family but when I buy the Balayage, cut, and style I expect that you tell me whether or not you can do what I showed you in a picture. If you can't do it, just tell me. No big deal, but Rayelle said no problem and when I asked if she needed to see it again she said no. I also expect not to leave the salon with sopping wet hair TWICE when you didn't leave enough time to do my hair-also when other stylists offer to help finish and dry my hair I expect you not to turn them down and leave me to dry it myself when I paid for it. I get that I had to come back because you messed up, but also don't ghost me when I text to let you know that it just didn't turn out like you said it could. Point blank Rayelle, you were not professional by being honest and saying you couldn't do it and making my hair look ridiculous, you weren't professional making me leave when I am a paying customer because you "didn't leave enough time to finish my appointment" and you weren't professional when I wanted you to just take care of me when I wanted to be a returning customer. So disappointed in the salon and the professionalism when I reached out to let you make it right without posting a bad review. :( See below for what I asked for and what I got :( :(

I've been going to Gina there for quite some time. She's a true artist! The salon offers a multitude of services, is extremely clean and beautifully maintained, and everyone there is very friendly.

I purchased one gift certificate months ago and then got one for a gift and they refuse to honor the coupon. Even though it was Purchased at a different time and at a different price. The owner of the store is an absolute joke. Do not waste your time here once you’re gone they could give two cares about you coming back

I purchased one gift certificate months ago and used it 4 months ago and then my mom bought me a gift cert months later and they refuse to acknowledge it it says one can be purchased as a gift and they refuse to honor the coupon. Even though it was Purchased at a different time and at a different price. The owner of the store is an absolute joke And nasty. This gift card was bought it's going to be used there is zero reason why I can't use it. What is the difference if I use it or my mom uses it it still gets used in my hair is short it's not even like it's a challenge. Do not waste your time here once you're gone they could give two cares about you coming back
