I never purchased a car from them but apparently someone has, using my name all my info my phone number and my email address. Tried contacting them serval times telling explaining to them that it’s fraud and I didn’t purchase a car from them but they don’t seem to care much.

Had a great experience buying my first ever car from a dealership, I am so glad I chose DeLacy Ford. They were so helpful and understanding, they showed my a variety of different vehicles that were in my price range, I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Everything was explained fully with no "surprise" additions. The sales people were friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend DeLacy Ford as your "go to" dealership

I do not recommend Delacy Ford to anyone. It has been the worst car purchase experience I have ever had. When you purchase a new car you expect them to show a little concern when you relied on them to take care of your concerns and needs. They just want to get as much money out of you as possible and then they don't care. There was trash in my car when I picked it up for the first time. Floors were dirty. Not even a full tank of gas which is called going above and beyond if you are a good dealership. I also found green paint in the arm rest in the back seat when I pulled it down. Wow. They did not even mention, just tried to cover it up. I have been to dealerships that were forthright and tried to get me the best deal, didn't try to soak me for a ridiculous amount of money for an extended warranty that they will find excuses down the road why your engine parts are not covered by that warranty. Do yourself a favor and do not bother going there even if it seems like a deal, it's a scam. Extremely disappointed

Vicki is an amazing salesperson. She tracked down the vehicle that I wanted, did not pressure me, and was not pushy. This is the second time I have dealt with DeLacy and Vicki.
