Wife took in vehicle for a scheduled visit on a 15 minute recall that they were made aware of 1 week ahead of time. Took two days to get vehicle back because they didn't have the staffing to support the work.

Total joke... I had an appointment on Saturday to look at a Bronco Sport. When I got there the young salesman was waiting for me at the door, I didn't even hardly get inside. Some stern looking older salesman was sitting staring out the window, apparently trying to be intimidating. My salesman had a Bronco Sport parked right out front which was to be my test drive vehicle. When I got in, I saw that there was almost no gas in it (estimated range was only 11 miles). Now I wasn't planning to go real far, but come on, I don't want to run out of gas in the middle of nowhere. So after some back and forth, he had me go in and sit down while he added a little more gas. After a few minutes he return, reeking of gas... somehow he'd shot some on his pants... So I get in the car (window is now down) and the car stinks of gas too (I guess from him). he asked for the key to my truck so that he could give me an estimate on a trade (a mistake on my part, as now he's got my keys). anyway, I take it for a test drive and it's quite quick and nimble for an SUV, especially considering it's only a 3 cylinder. so he brings me back inside and immediately launches into the sale... no mention of do I want to see another color or option package, no nothing. he leaves me with 'I have to go get the numbers'. now this is code for he's gonna let me stew, and I can't even leave since he's got my keys. after a while I get impatient and start to walk around. I see him in an office standing next to a woman's desk while I guess she formulates 'the numbers'. honestly with the amount of complexity they came back to me with this should have taken 15 seconds. anyway, by now I'm fed up and I'm not going to buy a thing from these unprofessional stooges. I should mention I appeared to be the only customer in the entire place, take that for whatever it's worth. I suspect I'll hear from them in a couple months when someone goes through the list of appointments they didn't sell...

I called to schedule a recall for my car. I received letter in the mail that parts were available from ford. They first said no appointments for recalls until December then said they don't have the parts needed for the recall. I called another dealer and they said they didn't have the part but would order it and would take about a month. Why can the other dealer call to order part but delacy can't. Seems like they just don't want to work on recalls.. but they sold me the vehicle with no problem. It's been 18 days and no reply from the business owner like promised in the response...

After scheduling an appointment 5 days in advance, I was told upon dropping my vehicle off that the service was overbooked and understaffed.Empathetically, I asked for the service riders to sincerely estimate when my vehicle would be looked at - I was told end of day Thursday (roughly 48 hours.)While disappointed, I appreciated the candor. However, on Thursday, still no update, and on Friday, further still they had not looked at my vehicle. On Saturday I called, frustrated that I was without my only vehicle (I was never offered a loaner or even a ride from their service department) only to be told the car MAY get looked at the next Monday - I was then told a manager was going to call me shortlyThat never happened. After arriving Monday morning to check on my vehicle and attempt to acquire a loaner, I was yet again told sorry, we may not get to it and we don't have loaners. At this point I was desperate and very sternly told them I needed the vehicle looked at that day, to their credit, they did. However, I was never informed of labour rates, never informed over the phone that my rear axle had issues after an inspection, and had to wait to speak to a technician to get even any sort of insight into the vehicle.Utterly disappointed, and financially burdened from having to take Uber rides to and from work for nearly a week. The service coordinator, Alexa, was beyond helpful however, and the only shining light during my unfortunately subpar, and beyond frustrating experience - I hope she feels confident and proud knowing the service she provides far exceeds all of her contemporaries.I will never return, and will never recommend anyone visit Delacy Ford.

I always lease my vehicles from DeLacy Ford. Todd is my go to guy to get the perfect vehicle for me at a great monthly payment. I have never been disappointed! I can't say enough about this dealership and how much they've helped me. If you're looking for a vehicle please go there and ask for Todd. I bet you leave happy!

I've had nothing but good experiences at DeLacy Ford! I love my car, I trust the service department at DeLacy, each employee has been polite and respectful, and they have always gone above and beyond to help me when I call.

We recently purchased a car at Delacy Ford. Service was great and we felt no pressure to buy. It's been a while since I've purchased a new car so I was dreading it but the process was quick and painless!

Bought my Ford Explorer from them a few weeks ago. Amazing people. Kevin was a great salesman. Told him what I wanted a d the price and had no problems getting me what I wanted. Also got a great price for my trade in. Will be doing all my business with them in the future.
