terrible experience. We had to add and extra night because pick up place is only open till they are only open till 5 pm for the drop off. Picked up on a Saturday at noon, Lady gave us a quick showing of the RV. We went home loaded it up, hit the road. 2 hr drive, get there. plug it in, was told fridge would take a bit to cool down. OK?? turn it on, turn around and it goes off. keep turning it on , it keeps going off. My son had operation manual for the RV. look in the RV. the fridge in the book, is not the fridge on the RV. after many attempts to get the fridge to run, finally call the Cruise America 24hr service line. on phone with the guy for 20 min. He kept telling us to check multiple things, which we did. Still fridge won't stay on. Told us he would get a hold of some one and have them call me back. waited1 hr- no call. So I called back got a different person. She was better. told us we could go buy a cooler for up to 75.00 and Ice and they would reimburse us for the cost. talking us thru resetting the fridge and that worked finally but it took till Sunday before we could use the fridge. My daughter and I went to get a cooler and Ice. They also told us they had no one to send us till MONDAY to work on the fridge. I was not happy but it worked out. get things settled. put towels in shower stall for storage. as night sets in, go to turn on lights. out of 13 lights 6 did not work, including the stairway and outside light.Go to get a towel to go swimming, the towel is wet. the shower head leaks!! the whole trip. I put a bag with a towel over the shower head. I emptied it about once a day. Luckily we used the shower at the campground because I went to turn on the water heater to dish's one night, Of course that did not work. Only had to do dish's once but it was a challenge with cold water.Black and grey water- she told us if we did not empty it we would be charged. we emptied it 2/3 times and the indicators kept saying 2/3 full.I wrote an email to RV America, got a email back genera; email saying it might take up to 20 days before they contacted me. WTH!!! when we returned the RV, i had cleaned the RV and put post-it notes on everything that did not work. The lady took them off!! she did refund us the cost of the cooler and ice and did give us 1 night back. As she went thru the RV she ripped the post it notes down.It was RV america and the pick up place that both have we wanting to not rent again.

I had a great experience here. The RV was new and clean. Went 1500 miles without a problem and Megan was really nice.

An awful experience- one star is an overestimate. They rented us a marginally usable rv (after major work to get it to even that point). When we got to site (90 minute drive away) and started setting up we found the bed to be broken and unusable (support structure had collapsed). Called customer service and were told to bring it back to a site that was going to be closed until two days later (we had a four day rental). When I pointed that out, we were told they’d call to arrange repairs on site for two days later. Left with no options, we had to shore up the bed to make it usable, taking a good portion of our first day. The next morning we discovered that the grey water tank leaked (water just ran out- confirmed when tried to run water into tank to flush sewage hose). Privacy curtain missing, many curtain attachments missing/broken and many other issues. Never got a call for repairs and when we dropped it off, we got pushback on items purchased to make bed marginally useful. In an epic display of bad customer service, were then told by manager (Andrea) that it obviously didn’t ruin our vacation as we didn’t bring it back Monday Pointed out to her that, while technically we were able to adjust sleeping (my wife slept up forward) and showers (fortunately the campground had showers) that was not what we paid for. We then asked her if she’d sleep in that bed and she admitted she wouldn’t. Still no budging on making things right and were told to talk to Cruise America customer service. Multiple outreach attempts have failed to generate the requested call. The only contact we’ve had is an email statement offering to reimburse us for part of what we spent to shore up the bed (this despite walking the manager through why we needed all the items. We’ve rented from Cruise America multiple times in the past and have always had a great experience but I don’t know if we’ll be back with them again- absolutely will NOT use this location again and strongly recommend others avoid as well.

They sent me out with loose lug nuts and a leaking toilet, this location needs help. Cruise America did fix it but it took a day out of our vacation. When you rent go to a cruse America location not a small place that rents.

Service was a bit slow (maybe we went on a busy day), but very thorough explanation of how to use the RV that we rented. Very easy to find, and safe to leave your vehicle.
