Very courteous and informative on the phone. Very nice attitude. Package was delivered as they said it would be, on the porch. Maybe this post office has had a positive change in attitude.

This was my first (and last) time at this post office. I had a tiny package to mail out, which only required a little bit of tape to close up. The clerk told me I had to buy an entire roll of tape to do it. I told him every other post office I had ever been to did the courtesy of taping it for me. He told me he was "instructed not to do so". I looked at him, looked down at the readily available roll of tape near his hand, and just walked out.

The wonderful world of the government.........The USPS can deliver your mail (nothing larger than your mailbox) to your mailbox daily. But heaven forbid if you receive anything larger, you have to drive into town and pick it up from the post office. Why bother having a mail carrier when I have to go pick it up myself ? Why do I pay such high taxes? Makes no sense to me. They are NOT allowed (from what I was told) to drive up your driveway (in a rural area, not the village or town) and deliver a package, mail, certified letter, bulk magazines, etc...........Doesn't anyone work for a living? To me this world has become soft. Heaven forbid they should actually do their damn job. Deliver the mail............

Always prompt and helpful service. I compare it to going to the PO in NYC and it is so much more pleasant and efficient.
