The best secondhand shop upstate! Barb has everything you could want. Her jewelry is so fun. Her jeans are fun. You can find lots of gems. You can spend hours looking around and then another hour chatting with Barb!

The owner is a bigot, I heard her making harmful comments about locals to another Karen and boasting about calling the cops on them. I couldn’t bear to give her any of my business and neither should you.

This place is INCREDIBLE. I don’t have a fiancé yet but I literally found my future wedding dress here (lol.) yes their vintage is that good. I walked out with so many unique vintage designer pieces that are in amazing condition. Great and kind staff too. I needed the dress resized and had questions about tailoring and a salesperson had her seamstress friend from across the street (who owns a tailoring business) come over to help me with my very detailed questions. Amazing service. Can’t wait to visit town again and come back.

I have visited Top Shelf Jewelry several times. Every visit I find something new I just can't live without. The owner Barbara is so interesting and Creative. Her vision and passion for up-cycling is infectious. My most recent purchase are my favorites. I bought 2 signs created from an old local barn (wood siding and Tin roof) also a beautiful pair of earrings that look like blueberries ( Ellenville has an annual blueberry festival the second weekend in August) Can't wait to visit this shop again

Wonderful shop with a mix of vintage and new items. All are fun, artsy and unique. The owner is just as lovely and her personality is reflected in everything in the shop. This shop is a must go.
