I only have one problem with is bank when you go to withdraw money they give you the third degree. Before you can get your money the teller calls the bank manager she asks why do you want the money for. To me that's personal she gives the teller the ok to do so.

They know my name! They greet me as I enter in. They help me if I have a question about my accounts . Always courteous and friendly. Their banking system is professional but people friendly rather than cold and impersonal
