I'm stuck in ellenville with a complete flat tire literally stuck and suppose to pick my daughter up at 9 am I call the number for them the owner answers I tell what and that I have the tire I could walk it over could you help me with it nope sorry it's a holiday wow could you imagine If this was his kid or wife and they told them that. Well I hope it happens. Very bad business. Enjoy your holiday hope your well pump burns out

I have had to have my car repaired a few times now after being hit in parking lots. Each time, they did a great job. Nice, honest people. Work always done in a timely manner, too.

I brought them a motorcycle tank with a dent and after a week a get it back full of holes... On top of that they say they can't fix them It was a good tank with a dent and now it's ruined and the shop is taking zero responsibility for it. I tried to be civil accedents happen and asked that they pay $100 of the $300 I'm going to have to pay to replace the one they destroyed and they refused. Basically forcing me to go to the better business bureau and an attorney when I just wanted some accountability for a body shop doing body damage. Save yourself some time and money and go to a shop that has a clue

Al has unfortunately had to rebuild my van several times! 3 teenagers! Excellent work always. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good: Drove my car from a different shop (I am in NYC), provided detailed quote with pictures.
Bad: He was fixing fan, and I got car overheated 30 miles after I left the shop
Ugly: Claims that it is the fuse, that was good, when in his shop and broke right after I left the shop
