“We were looking to purchase a new Alexa Echo. They had the Echo and the Echo Dot. The store was clean and well organized. We asked a few questions and the associates were very helpful. We ended up purchasing the Echo. The check out was fast and easy. We will continue to shop at the Auburn Staples.”

“This is a small PO, and the hours are somewhat limited. But unlike many larger offices, there's almost never any line, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful! It makes a huge difference to interact with employees who are not only knowledgeable and capable, but also personable, attentive, welcoming, and not stressed out. They've made it easy to mail packages, receive packages, process mail holds, and deal with plow-smashed mailboxes. I actually enjoy stopping by this USPS location.”

“So thankful to this location for helping me solve an issue with a package that was sent back. Christian, the store manager really took the time to make sure my package that was sent back to them, I called him and he knew who I was, handle the situation with directness and said I should be receiving the package as soon as possible. Great customer service, great managing. Thankful to say the least! I will take a picture of the package when it it arrives just to show the care this store location took.”
“Edit: Cassie was great and super helpful. She truly cares about her job and making a good name for the Post Office, more people should be like herI went to get my passport during the hours that are posted on the usps website. I was then told the walk in hours are different which were only posted on a small sign inside the post office. The woman who told me this was less than accommodating and told me I would have to make an appointment (which does not work on the website) or come back during walk in hours another time. The funny thing is that there was not other customers in the post office at the time. They could have easily fit me in as there was no one else waiting for any other service there.”
“The parking lot is a little difficult to navigate on the first visit, but everything else is great! Always clean, staff always helpful, always fully stocked with supplies. I am pretty sure the gal who helped me last time was named Makayla; she was absolutely wonderful!”

“I came into UPS with an Amazon return and no knowledge of the process. Izzy was amazing. She immediately said , “I can walk you through this, it is easy.” It is a different language for me and I was nervous, but she persevered doing most of the steps herself. The entire time she was helping me there was a steady stream of customers who were totally prepared. She greeted each person, helped them immediately while still helping me. I have never seen such remarkable customer service!!! IZZY WAS AMAZING! Thank you again izzy !Linda Munro Smith”
