Can't speak highly enough about Chuck and his crew! Beyond the friendly customer service, they were able to fix my daughter's truck at a VERY reasonable price with no sales pitches to do extra work, no upcharges, and complete honesty about the condition of the 21 year old truck. Highly recommend.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and dropped my car off before 10am for an oil change and inspection. Wasn't able to pick it up until after 3pm which delayed my entire day.

I am very disappointed with the diminished integrity of the shop. After using Service Tech for over 20 years we took our vehicle there for lights that came on on the dashboard. We were told it was due to a melted wire which they fixed. Upon picking up the vehicle it was very loud due to a hole that had been accidently made in the muffler. Granted the muffler was rusty but there had been 0 issue with noise before we took it there. When my husband took it back he was told they must have bumped it and if we wanted it fixed they would give us the muffler at cost. We obviously were not happy about this new repair need but my husband uses the vehicle for work and cannot arrive at customer's homes with a loud muffler so we made an appointment to have it repaired. When we got the invoice they had indeed given us the muffler at cost, but had not given us the pipe and resonator at cost, which obviously would not have been a need if they hadn't "bumped" the muffler. Not only was it not discounted, but it was marked up above list price, so I guess they got their money back from giving us the deal on the muffler. I am not someone who ever writes a review, but when my husband went to pay the bill and asked what happened all he got was an, "I'm sorry.". I'm sorry too, because I thought we could trust this shop, which is hard to find now days. I thought they would maybe offer to right the wrong if we discussed it. I'm sorry doesn't cut it. And the icing on the cake is, the lights on the dashboard are now back on.

You will always have great service at Service Tech. My husband's family and I utilize this business because it's a place we trust. They go above and beyond any place I've ever taken my vehicles to. I recently just had an oil change and to get my tires rotated before an upcoming trip. They ended up finding a nail in one of my tires and patched it up for me, and even checked my brakes without asking to do so.

I was disappointed not by there work in that respect they did a very good job. The problem was my son sent his truck there to find out why it wouldn't start , he has been working on it for a long time now between going to college. They were told to diagnose the problem and let him know what it was and how much it would cost. They told him it would be $100.00 to take a look at it. I took the day off to take it there and said I would be available all day and gave them my number. They never called me until they had fixed it. I have never had a garage just fix a vehicle without at least calling to tell me how much it would be.
