The Eden Branch is in Big Time turmoil right now. I'm very sad to write this as a long time customer. Customer service is very lacking, it has gone downhill bigly. Some employees have been rude and condescending. Trouble is they cannot keep an employee. Every time you go in there there's new people. Something is very wrong.

Had more than one task to do; all staff were polite, helpful, and efficient, which meant everything was accomplished with very little delay.
December 2020
Just closed the window on Christmas eve in my face and told me the guy before me was their last customer. I guess Merry Christmas to me. Closing my account with them.
