“Fast, friendly and painless experience! I had a windshield replaced in my wife's car at Skora's recently. The owners were on site, took care of the insurance paperwork and provided an excellent repair. They were even nice enough to drop the car off at her work when it was done. Great place to have your glass or bodywork done.”

“A busy collision shop means they do good work and are in high demand, but sometimes that can mean higher prices. These guys are the real deal- fantastic people and great pricing. My son damaged his drivers side car door right after we bought it & it could not be driven because the door wouldn't shut. Since it needed to get towed I had to know where I was towing it to plus prevented me from taking it to get estimates from different shops. I looked at local reviews, saw Gaylord's had great reviews, so I stopped in with some pics and video.It's an older car for my son to get to work, so I was worried about the cost to fix the door. But they ordered a new door and charged a great price for the door and the work. Super happy with these guys! Highly recommend!”

They even fought for me with the insurance company and got me brand new dealer parts instead of the off market refurbished parts the insurance originally wanted me to have. “Gerber collision ? ? ? was professional from the start to the end! We hit a ?, and the damage wasn't terrible ..but the paint was cracked and a sensor was damaged. So we decided to call our insurance, and have Gerber fix the damages. We dropped it off on a Friday, and by next week Friday it was done and could be picked up! They kept us posted on each repair, and let us know details along the way. When we picked up the car, we were able to see a major difference! They even cleaned the interior of the car/detailing it/vacuuming it as well! What a wonderful ? experience and would go through them again for any issues.Services: Painting”
“I have used this particular glass repair/replacement twice now. First time for my wife's car covered by insurance and went to the facility. They had it done same day. Second time for business. I had accidentally gave them the wrong model name as well but instead of making me wait a long time or schedule a new appointment, pay extra, etc. They actually instead got the correct windshield and still completed the job on the same day for me without costing extra. Will not go anywhere else”

“Hands-down, the best collision shop in the area. Mark is personable effective and does quality work. Unfortunately I've had to bring my cars in more times than I would love to like to because of accidents you cannot even tell the car was damaged in anyway he works cost-effective fixes what needs to be done does not overcharge reasonable prices for quality service. If you live close definitely go to eden collision if you live far away definitely go to eden collision.”
