I absolutely love the staff at this post office. Shout out to the ladies who bust there buts everyday!! With a smile on the faces. Its a small post office so its homey to me. I have never had not 1 experience bad there! Actually look foward to seeing them!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Ramona was extremely rude. I was shipping out packages, and a kind lady behind the desk offered to save me money and tape on my paper to my packages so I wouldn’t have to pay priority for all of them. Ramona was whispering “this is ridiculous” as she started helping me and going through my packages.

Always been amazingly friendly to me... when I first started going there they were very helpful in how to mail things properly, never got rude if I didn't do something right, just helpful.

Completely incompetent. Not sure how someone can "lose" a package when sorting packages is their entire job. Thanks for disappointing all of the kids at my summer camp.

Eastport Post office is great! The customer service is amazing especially by Sandra. She is a ray of sunshine and makes mailing items feel effortless. She has helped me with mailing wedding invitations and packages. Thank you!

My wife visits this Post Office weekly and is totally satisfied with her customer experience. She is always greeted nicely with a smile and excellent customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help.
